In this December ‘25 newsletter, learn why it “pays” to build an ADU, where to go for a worry-free whole house remodel, and how to avoid the pain/risk of an “imposter contractor.”
Dear Clients, Partner Vendors, Family, and Friends,
From all of us at Ed Neir Construction, we would like to wish you a very blessed and joyful holiday season, and all the very BEST in the coming New Year!
As the team and I ready ourselves for a few jobs that will launch early in 2026, we have been looking back on the many diverse projects you entrusted to us over the course of 2025. From kitchen and bath remodels to entire home renovations, cabanas, and ADUs, as well as some agriculture outbuildings, tenent improvements, and commercial ADA accessibility projects, we have enjoyed getting to know you and to helping you bring your construction dreams into reality! For these various opportunities, I would like to sincerely thank you for your business, and to say we are happy to tackle any new projects you may have planned – be they big or small – in the New Year.
Please don’t hesitate to call, email, text me, or complete an online contact form with your project needs! I would be pleased to discuss your construction plans and to provide you with a free estimate of work.
Happily, on Christmas Eve, our son arrived in Vacaville to join us for dinner and a walk through Candy Cane and Lollipop Lanes to enjoy all the amazing decorations and lights. This is an overnight visit for our son so we may enjoy a delicious Christmas Day brunch prepared by my wife, followed by the opening of our gifts around our tree. If it’s raining, we will need to forgo our usual walk, and likely take in a good movie and then enjoy a delicious dinner afterwards. For us, the greatest of gifts is the love and easy laughter we get to share when we get together as a family!
I hope you are surrounded by good friends and/or loving famiy this holiday season (as well as your beloved pets), and that the New Year brings you good health, happiness, and prosperity!
Here, for your reading pleasure, is a compilation of our most recent and highly informative blogs, as well as few fun recipes from my wife for your enjoyment. In January of 2026, the first of our enhanced newsletter will be available. We hope you encourage family and friends to subscribe to gain monthly access to news they can use!
