Mr. Ed Neir is a licensed general contractor in the state of California with experience working on single-family, multi-residential, and commercial projects. Ed's 24 years as a Production Manager in the medical, electronic, and defense industries account for his close attention to critical details, pinpoint accuracy, and high customer satisfaction ratings. Between projects, he acquired 1 additional specialty license (C-10 electrical) and is working directly with key suppliers and strategic partners to ensure the highest quality construction materials, construction techniques, latest building code, and design elements. Ed does all his own hiring, and is often interviewing additional construction talent and expertise to manage his expanding business. His business management style and personal construction business philosophy is to ensure the utmost quality in construction and materials, architectural design, customer care, and safety. Ed is well regarded and respected for his high integrity and fair pricing, as well as his keen interest in ensuring that his customers are informed regarding the work in progress and deeply satisfied with the final outcome.
Ms. Francine Bacchini has more than 35 years of executive-level business, sales, and marketing experience with more than 2 decades of that time serving as a marketing executive within the high tech industry. She first entered the construction industry in 1983 as co-owner and operator of Bay Sunar, a solar space-heating and roofing company. She later provided strategic marketing and sales support to various California-based general contractors. Francine's responsibilities include managing the back office, the website, and all outbound marketing efforts, as well as working closely with customers to ensure that their needs are met. Graduating Cum Laude, she received her Bachelor of Science (B.SC.) degree in Business Administration at the Eberhardt School of Business, University of the Pacific.
Mr. Lenny Delgado serves as Foreman for Ed Neir Construction. With 25+ years of experience doing some of the most luxurious and detailed hardwood floors, Lenny is recognized as a highly respected, second-generation hardwood flooring specialist. He has also been doing carpentry and framing for more than 15 years, having expertly installed custom cabinets, windows, doors, moldings, and trim, as well as a wide variety of mechanical equipment and appliances. At Ed Neir Construction, Lenny has been working closely with Ed to ensure that customers are delighted not only with our strong work ethic, resourcefulness and integrity, but also our close attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Antonio Paredes Solano County Crew Lead
Mr. Antonio Paredes serves as Crew Lead for Solano County projects at Ed Neir Construction, while also gaining invaluable hands-on, custom training experience from working on key Bay Area specialty projects. Born and raised in Solano County, Antonio has worked locally in the design and installation of agriculture irrigation systems as well as the wide range of walnut orchard operations. Additionally, he operated an assortment of heavy equipment, together with designing and building his own orchard implements. Antonio has also freelanced doing computer-aided design (CAD). He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Chico State University and is enjoying both the detailed and varied work he’s doing for Ed Neir Construction’s many valued customers.
